To keep expectations clear, the following services are not included in Social Media Management packages unless specifically stated or added to your package:

Daily inbox and direct message management — Responding to ongoing customer messages, inquiries, bookings, or customer service requests.

Full comment and engagement management — Regularly monitoring and responding to all comments and interactions.

Paid advertising — Creating, managing, or paying for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or other paid advertisements.

Advertising costs or budgets — Any costs associated with paid promotions or advertising.

Professional photography or videography — Clients are responsible for providing photos and videos unless content creation is arranged separately.

On-site content creation — Visiting your business to take photos or videos is not included unless quoted separately.
